Haven't got time to blog properly today as I have to take Sam to Treliske Hospital for his hearing aids, so thought I would post some pics of the things I make when not sitting here blogging - yes, sometimes I manage to do other things, though less and less it seems! Just a few cushions, bags and aprons - oh, and Lauren's ragdoll from way back! Oh, great, I've managed to post two sideways! I give up!
HAve a lovely day and I will catch up with you later xx
The bags are lovely, where do you get to sell them?
ReplyDeleteClever girl!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous Pipany - I have that blue bag with the roses! A Mum from school made it and sells them at craft fairs and so on, I think it's a Cath Kidston print isn't it? I absolutely love it, it's my favourite all-purpose summer bag.
ReplyDeleteHow lovely, you busy thing you! I have just caught up with your ghost blog, I started reading it late last night but felt just too tired to go on - glad I got back to it today, wonderful!
ReplyDeleteWow you have been busy! Lovely bags.
ReplyDeletehorribly impressed do you think you would pop over and give un peu a lesson she is badly in need of osmething useful to do!!
ReplyDeleteps hope hospital went well.
Really beautiful.....you should be advertising them in a magazine, maybe not CL?
ReplyDeleteEvery time I come into your site that photo with you, Isabella and the sea just takes my breath away - it is so lovely. And aren't you a clever person! And never mind the sideways pics - does us good to turn the head sideways for a change - we could label the exercise as PT and tell Matron we've done enough for today!
ReplyDeleteGood morning Pipany. I'm enjoying a Saturday morning blog catch-up and yours were a wonderful treat. First the lovely photos of your 'output' and then the very good ghost story. Gave me chills! I have no doubt that you were visited - and I think that ghostly visits are in the same realm as such things as having a butterfly land on your hand - messages of a good sort from another dimension, perhaps.
ReplyDeleteFinally the play group blog - it takes such a lot of courage to talk about your vulnerability, even to people who are going to surround you with love. Thank you.
What a wonderful splash of colour.
ReplyDeleteYou and crafty chickangel are so clever. Puts me to shame, still no curtains here. I want the apple one, no the flowery one, Oh, heck, both! How lovely and useful. There's a market for just that sort of thing - you should set up mail order, I'll be your first customer(hang the economy drive!).
ReplyDeleteAren't they beautiful? i am feeling guilty as still have only made one cushion from fabulous material i bought about six weeks ago and still want to make curtains and throws and covers and so much. you are very talented.
ReplyDeleteFabbags and spooky story - and the orbs are quite clear on my screen.
ReplyDeleteI love your bags and your ragdoll reminded me that I have a pattern and the pieces cut out but still to be sewn up (from several years ago, so will be hiding under lots of dust I imagine).Where do you sell your stuff?
ReplyDeleteYour photos are fabulous as well, especially when I am blogging from a grey and overcast and slightly soggy Scotland.
Hope all went well with the hearing aids.
Take care - Jacqui x
Just catching up with everyone's blogs after my enforced absence...really enjoyed the ghost one.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous bags! Mmmmm, would be impossible to choose just one.
ReplyDeletejanexxx
Have enjoyed catching up. My dad tells stories of ghost sightings he has had and I have always been a bit sceptical but he swears by them.
ReplyDeleteOn the social shyness front I have commented before and I do feel that it is the reason why this blogging has been such a wonderful find for many of us.
p's your girls are beautiful intrigued to know what your Sam looks like now.
ReplyDeleteI love the bags - do you sell them on e-bay I wonder - I could do with one of those - much nicer than "I am not a plastic bag" by that other bag lady!
ReplyDeleteLovely makes you are very clever. Just read your spooky story. Not good with that kind of thing! Wish I hadnt read. I would've died of fright if it was me!
